Role Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll assist clients as they plan vacations, cruises, and special trips. You’ll be trained to walk customers through their options, answer questions, and offer friendly guidance from their first inquiry all the way to booking. Full training is provided to help you grow confidently in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer warm, helpful customer support through phone, email, and messaging.
- Help clients choose and book travel options such as cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages.
- Go over itineraries, payment timelines, and travel documents with customers.
- Research destinations, promotions, and travel choices that match client preferences.
- Resolve basic booking or account issues.
- Maintain clear communication and follow up with clients throughout their planning process.
- Learn travel platforms, booking tools, and customer service best practices.
