Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll support clients as they plan vacations, cruises, and special trips. You’ll receive full training to guide customers through their options, answer questions, and provide friendly, reliable assistance from their first inquiry all the way through booking. This role is designed to help you grow confidently and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional customer support through phone, email, and messaging.

Assist clients with selecting and booking travel options such as cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages.

Review itineraries, payment schedules, and travel documents with customers.

Research destinations, promotions, and travel options that fit client needs.

Troubleshoot simple booking or account concerns.

Maintain consistent communication and follow up throughout the planning process.

Learn booking tools, travel systems, and customer service best practices.
