Position Overview:

We are hiring both entry-level and experienced operators to join our production team. Whether you’re just getting started or already skilled in DTF and embroidery, this role offers an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate DTF printing and embroidery machines
Prepare garments and materials for production
Ensure proper setup, alignment, and quality output
Monitor production and assist with troubleshooting
Perform basic machine maintenance and upkeep
Inspect finished products for quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:

For Entry-Level Candidates:

Willingness to learn and be trained on DTF and embroidery equipment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Basic understanding of fabrics, printing, or machinery is a plus

For Experienced Candidates:

Hands-on experience with DTF printing and/or embroidery machines
Ability to independently operate and troubleshoot equipment
Familiarity with production workflows and meeting daily targets
Experience with multi-head embroidery machines (preferred)
