Voice Up is looking for a visionary **Director of Health and Wellness** to pioneer our approach to wellbeing in the digital age. In this role, you'll create innovative programs that connect purpose to wellness while spearheading the commercial integration of our revolutionary Purpose Metric across diverse sectors.
### WHAT YOU'LL DO
- **Lead the Revolution**: Implement our 5-minute purpose assessment as the foundation for a new approach to organizational wellness
- **Build Commercial Partnerships**: Secure 5-10 pilot partnerships with organizations ready to transform their approach to employee wellbeing
- **Design the Framework**: Create a comprehensive wellbeing model that works in remote environments and can scale across different industries
- **Foster Community**: Develop virtual experiences that combat isolation and build authentic connection despite distance
- **Measure Impact**: Establish systems to track how purpose clarity correlates with improved wellbeing indicators

Program Overview
The Voice Up Credential represents an innovative approach to professional and personal development, combining practical experience with structured learning and direct engagement with community and business leaders.
This year-long program integrates a 100% remote, 100% flexible hands-on internship experience with comprehensive coursework and real-world perspectives connected to your purpose.
The founder is a healthcare executive completing a dual degree, Master of Public Health / Doctor of Health Sciences, focused on raising awareness about behavioral health, specifically among teens and college students. His dissertation research is focused on raising up the voice of college students beginning with communities of color. I am committed to helping people connect to their purpose in collaboration with mission-aligned leaders. Together we will achieve great things!
Our project is a first step in raising awareness about a national health epidemic. All proceeds are reinvested directly into proactive strategies for improving behavioral health among youth, teens, and young adults in collaboration with community partners.
Our youth, teens, and young adults are reporting the highest levels of loneliness on record according to the U.S. Surgeon General. Our work is going to help change that through simple actions that bring people together for the common good, focused on lifting people up, and creating stronger in person connections.
