Teacher [Bilingual Japanese / English Languages]

Location: Novi, MI
Position Type: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY
The Teacher will support students academically in a structured and supportive environment. This role works closely with a culturally diverse team and supports students who are adapting to English-language education while maintaining Japanese academic standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver classroom instruction aligned with the school’s curriculum
• Support students transitioning from Japan to the U.S. education system
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration
• Assist with student academic progress and classroom management
• Support school programs and activities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
• Native-level Japanese language ability required
• Teaching experience preferred (K 12 or supplemental education)
• Experience working with international or bilingual students strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Japanese educational standards is a plus
• Experience assisting with E-2 visa-related documentation is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and cultural awareness

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Starting salary up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
• Full-time positions available
