Join our team as a Remote Travel Consultant specializing in international leisure travel. You’ll work remotely to assist clients in planning, booking, and managing travel across the globe. This is a full-time (or part-time) remote role, with flexibility to work from anywhere, though availability during various time zones is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients via phone/video/email to identify their travel preferences, budgets, and special requests.

Research destinations, accommodations, flights, excursions, and travel insurance to create tailored itineraries.

Book travel arrangements and coordinate with international partners and suppliers.

Manage changes, cancellations, and customer service issues during travel.

Stay updated on global travel regulations, visa requirements, destination advisories, and industry trends.

Maintain CRM records, process payments (if applicable), and report on booking metrics.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in travel planning, agency work, or related.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable working remotely.

Self-motivated, organized, able to juggle multiple clients/time zones.

Familiarity with international travel regulations, visa/entry requirements.

Proficiency with standard office tools (email, videoconference, spreadsheet).

Bonus: Multilingual ability or experience with non-US markets.
