Healthy Kids Programs is hiring staff for our After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. JOB STATUS: Part-time, Non-Exempt LOCATION: Naples Elementary School in Naples, NY POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Childcare Program Staff PAY: $16.00 per hour HOURS: 2:00 - 6:00 pm *Featured Benefit: Employer-Paid Childcare Healthy Kids Programs offers a childcare benefit for eligible employees to support work-life balance. This benefit is available for school-age children (ages 5 13) enrolled in our program on the days you are working with us. The After-School Program team is responsible for: Coordinating hands-on curriculum-based activities in fitness, STEAM, academics, art, group participation, and homework assistance under the Healthy Kids framework. Maintaining a clean, safe, healthy, and engaging space while serving as a positive influence for youth. Arriving promptly for assigned shifts and staying until the last child exits the program. Engaging in daily parent communication using the Playground App. Observing all state, program, and host school rules and expectations. Certain positions may assume added administrative functions such as attendance management, enrollment coordination, and staffing support. Requirements MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13. Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB. Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt. Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.
