This role requires independence, precision, and the ability to manage cases proactively. Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery Manage litigation cases end-to-end Handle discovery requests and background reviews Maintain and organize large volumes of legal documents Manage attorney calendars and deadlines Support billing by crafting narratives to justify time entries Collaborate with attorneys while working independently Qualifications & Requirements Associate degree required 5+ years litigation paralegal experience Strong legal billing experience (defense-side preferred) Excellent document management skills Strong written communication and drafting skills
