Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and lab-based technical training Develop and update instructional materials Train users on equipment operation, maintenance, and installation Maintain training equipment and facilities Provide technical presentations Gather customer feedback to improve training programs Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3 5+ years semiconductor industry experience Cleanroom and fab environment experience Prior technical training or instructor experience Strong presentation and communication skills Willingness to travel up to 50%
