This role requires hands-on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and full lifecycle project ownership. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end financial systems projects Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies Engage C-level stakeholders and project sponsors Manage Waterfall and Agile project methodologies Ensure quality standards and change control Lead project closure and delivery documentation Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 5 10+ years Project Management experience Strong financial systems project background (required) Experience with Oracle EBS or similar platforms Global project experience (LATAM, EMEA, NA) Excellent communication and leadership skills
