Lawrence’s Fish & Shrimp is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor with the potential and drive to be developed into a future Assistant General Manager (AGM) or General Manager (GM) role.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to company standards
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management
- Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and waste with a focus on profitability
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Support the General Manager with operational planning, reporting, and execution
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-energy work environment
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with advancement into AGM/GM responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (QSR or fast‑casual preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Solid understanding of food safety, labor management, and basic P&L concepts
- Dependable, hands‑on leader with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Desire for long‑term growth into a senior management role
