Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Concrete Mason Foreman to lead our team. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage projects, guide subcontractors and crew members, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone we can train to eventually become third-in-command within the company. Key Responsibilities: Maintain project production schedules without sacrificing quality or safety Follow OSHA safety regulations and quality control standards Lead by example and inspire subcontractors and coworkers to uphold company values: commitment, dependability, integrity, and uniqueness Solve problems independently and take initiative on tasks Follow the chain of command while contributing ideas for improvement Requirements: Valid Driver’s License (Required) English speaking (Required) Concrete masonry and foreman experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Benefits & Opportunities: Competitive pay: $28 $30/hr.
