Key Responsibilities

Plan and book travel arrangements for corporate clients, families, religious retreats, sports teams, weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries, and group travel
Assess client needs, preferences, budgets, timelines, and payment options
Design customized travel itineraries, vacation packages, excursions, and group tours

Coordinate reservations for flights, accommodations, rental vehicles, cruises, and special events.

Provide clients with all required travel documentation, including tickets, confirmations, authorization forms, and passes

Manage travel changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

* Must be **18 years or older** and authorized to work in the United States
* Reliable access to a computer and/or smartphone with internet connectivity
* Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Professional, positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
