Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will help clients plan and coordinate a variety of travel experiences, including business trips, sports team travel, vacations, weddings, honeymoons, and more. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and committed to making travel as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate tour packages, excursions, and day trips

Book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and special events

Arrange travel for corporate clients, group trips, weddings, honeymoons, and leisure vacations

Provide clients with accurate travel documentation, including flight confirmations, authorization forms, and theme park or event tickets

Make adjustments and alternative arrangements as needed before or during travel to ensure a smooth experience

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of the travel industry or willingness to learn
Access to a computer or laptop and reliable internet connection
Smartphone with social media access preferred
