Company Description Laastras is a governance and technology venture aimed at advancing Homocracy, a model promoting leadership as a service, shared resource ownership, and economic fairness through Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). The company develops innovative solutions such as GetClientele, a shopper-navigation and vendor-matching platform; eCard Wireless, a multi-purpose digital identity and credential system; Chaperon, a full-accommodation program for unemployed individuals; and Aori, a collaborative conglomerate fostering shared governance. Together, these initiatives empower communities, improve resource distribution, and drive inclusive socio-economic progress. Role Description This is a remote, contract Co-Founder role. The Co-Founder will play a crucial part in steering the strategic vision and growth of Laastras, including market research, partnership building, and expanding the company’s brand presence. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic initiatives, actively engaging in sales and marketing operations, conducting in-depth research to support business strategies, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach in driving innovation and implementing governance and technology models to achieve Laastras’ mission.
