Quality Control Manager

Hiring: Quality Control Manager Location: Hudson, MA Salary: $95,000 $135,000 Schedule: Full-time On-site Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead and elevate the Quality function within an aviation and aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving product excellence, leading audit readiness, and ensuring AS9100D and ISO 9001 compliance across all operations. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously improve the AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Implement and enforce quality standards across all production stages Lead internal and external audits and serve as the primary quality liaison Drive corrective actions, root cause analysis, and preventative initiatives Partner with Production and Engineering to reduce defects and improve processes Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections as needed Review and approve First Article Inspections (FAIs) Ensure effective use of inspection equipment including CMM Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Control Inspectors Establish performance standards, training plans, and accountability measures Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 7+ years of Quality Control leadership experience AS9100D / ISO 9001 expertise Aerospace or aviation manufacturing background preferred Strong audit, inspection, and compliance experience Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Retirement plan with company match • Paid Time Off and paid holidays • Climate-controlled shop environment • Career growth and development opportunities
