Job Overview
Superior Tool Service is looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a CNC Operator, you will interpret client specifications and set up and monitor machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of custom cutting tools.

Responsibilities
• Set up 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC grinders (ANCA, Walter, Chevalier, TRU-TECH), including loading materials and programming machines based on job specifications
• Write and edit CNC programs applying basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure
• Read detailed part and assembly blueprints
• Monitor and inspect produced parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making adjustments throughout each job
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functionality and minimize downtime
• Identify and resolve issues related to tool wear, machine malfunctions, or programming errors
• Use optical comparators, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Maintain accurate records of machine setups, tool changes, and production data
• Work closely with team members to optimize production processes
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
