We are inviting a select group of learners, educators, families, and community leaders to join the first pilot cohort of Refined by Fire a purpose-driven digital experience designed to strengthen resilience, emotional clarity, and community grounding through the Fire Circle, intention rituals, and a five-day creation framework.

Participants will:
• Engage with the app daily over a 30-day testing window
• Join weekly Fire Circle synchronous gatherings
• Complete reflection prompts and guided practices
• Provide feedback that will shape the platform’s evolution
• Become early architects of a new form of digital community

• Quote Vault inherited wisdom from family, mentors, and community.
• Five-Day Creation Sprint a guided micro-innovation challenge inspired by Omar’s story.

There are not enough clinicians to meet rising demand. Refined by Fire strengthens prevention through purpose-based resilience.

The U.S. Surgeon General declared social disconnection a public health emergency. The Fire Circle introduces a shared rhythm.

Internship Program 3 Pathways
REFINED BY FIRE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Three Pathways to Participate
Interns directly support the Refined by Fire initiative refining app features, strengthening community engagement, evaluating pilot feedback, and creating purpose-driven content. This internship provides training in digital wellness, emotional resilience frameworks, community development, and narrative design.
Internship tracks come from the three validated participation pathways (as described in the uploaded document):
1. ACADEMIC CREDIT INTERNSHIP
• For college and university students
• 8 12 hours/week for 3 6 months
• Faculty supervision required
• Roles: user research, Fire Circle coordination, data insights, content development
2. VOLUNTEER INTERNSHIP
• Open to learners of all ages
• Flexible scheduling
• Roles: outreach, workshop creation, platform testing, creative projects
3. VOICE UNIVERSITY SUBSCRIPTION INTERNSHIP
• $60/month learning subscription model
• Learn while doing structure
• Includes advanced training, mentorship, and leadership development
• Opportunities to contribute to paid projects based on performance
