Healthy Kids Programs is hiring Childcare Assistants for our Before and After School Program at Bethel Elementary School in Bethel, PA for the 2025 2026 school year. Position Responsibilities The Before and After School Program team is responsible for: Leading engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic enrichment, art, and collaborative group experiences Supporting students with homework completion Maintaining a safe, healthy, clean, and enjoyable environment Acting as a positive role model for children enrolled in the program Arriving fully prepared and staying on-site until the final child has been dismissed Communicating daily with parents and families through the Playground App Adhering to state regulations, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program guidelines, and host school policies Assisting with attendance documentation, registration processes, and staffing needs as required Requirements Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience working with children under 13 Medically cleared of communicable diseases, including TB Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs Part-Time Benefits Employer-paid childcare for school-age children (ages 5 13) enrolled in our program, available only on the days you are working with us Telehealth, vision, and dental coverage AFLAC supplemental plans 401(k) for eligible employees Paid sick time On-demand pay Career development and growth opportunities About Healthy Kids Programs Healthy Kids Programs is more than a childcare provider.
