Responsibilities
Team Powered
Collaborate with fellow technicians and shop leadership to complete repairs efficiently and correctly
Utilize welding, panel replacement, painting, and fabrication skills as needed to support body repairs
Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen team performance
Making It Easy
Perform collision and body repairs to reduce downtime and return vehicles in top condition
Diagnose damage and determine repair procedures quickly and accurately
Complete repair documentation and electronically record work performed to ensure clear communication and accurate records
It’s Handled
Perform structural repairs, panel replacements, and refinishing with attention to safety and precision
Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and shop safety regulations at all times
Ensure all vehicles meet quality and safety standards before returning to service
Driven to Innovate
Identify opportunities to improve body repair processes and efficiency
Suggest workflow improvements to reduce errors and increase productivity
Stay up-to-date with body shop techniques, tools, and safety practices

What We’re Looking For
3 5 years of hands-on body shop, collision repair, or automotive technician experience
Strong welding, painting, and structural repair skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
