Responsibilities
Team Powered
Collaborate with fellow technicians and maintenance leadership to complete repairs efficiently and correctly
Utilize welding and fabrication skills as needed to support fleet and equipment repairs
Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen team performance
Making It Easy
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Complete maintenance documentation and electronically record work performed to ensure clear communication and accurate records

Perform truck and trailer repairs including tire mounting and dismounting with attention to safety and precision
Maintain compliance with OSHA, FMCSA, and DOT regulations at all times
Ensure all equipment meets safety standards before returning to service
Driven to Innovate
Inspect, repair, and maintain brake systems to ensure peak performance and safety
Conduct thorough inspections to confirm vehicles are road-ready
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, efficiency, and reliability

What You Bring
3 5 years of truck and trailer or diesel mechanic experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
