If you’re someone who naturally keeps track of your own online orders and stays on top of details, you already have a great foundation for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Track and trace LTL (less than truckload) shipments daily
Communicate updates with clients and carriers
Assist with pickups, deliveries, and scheduling
Provide quotes and support logistics requests
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Friendly and professional with clients
Highly responsive and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Experience with Outlook and Excel is a plus
