We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Work-From-Home Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related concerns
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality service standards
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s system
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
Maintain a positive tone and uphold the company’s brand voice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent written communication and typing skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat or CRM tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service or live chat experience is a plus
