Education & Experience (Two Pathways): Path A: Master’s Degree in Nursing + 5 years of nursing experience (including 3 years in a supervisory or teaching role). Path B: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing + 6 years of nursing experience (including 4 years in a supervisory or teaching role).
