Key Responsibilities: Provide daily plant care including watering, pruning, and trimming Monitor and assess plant health through routine inspections Support the full harvest cycle, including offloading, harvesting, and facility sanitation Reload flower rooms and assist with milling and cannabis waste disposal Maintain a clean and sanitized grow facility and equipment on an ongoing basis Follow all waste disposal procedures in accordance with compliance regulations Handle and transport harvested materials to drying racks Weigh and log post-harvest materials with precision Assist with all post-harvest tasks including drying, curing, destemming, and trimming Record and track data accurately throughout each stage of the cultivation process Ensure all information is documented clearly and in line with state regulations and company SOPs Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum one year of cannabis cultivation experience preferred Background in fast-paced, hands-on work environments Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with state compliance laws and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods while remaining focused Consistently meets performance and productivity standards Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all workplace interactions High school diploma or GED equivalent required Shift: Day Shift (Required) Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Holliston, MA 01746 Work Setting: On-site, in person
