Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Pay: $19/hour Weekly pay
Location: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available, but not mandatory

Requirements & Preferred Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Yearly background check required
Prior experience isn’t required we’re happy to train motivated, reliable people who are ready to learn.
Preferred background: Experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on, fast-paced environment. Prior experience working in a lab environment is preferred. Experience with vape filling. (Preferred not required) .
Primary Responsibilities
Meticulously weigh, measure, sort, label, and package cannabis products by hand.
Package products in accordance with state regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Measure, weigh, and fill products using provided equipment with care and precision.
Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, including grasping, holding, and lifting.
Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory of packaging supplies and materials.
Keep accurate counts of items within production batches to ensure consistency.
Work in a structured, high-volume environment while staying organized, focused, and detail-oriented our workspaces can be busy but are designed to support efficiency and teamwork.
Regularly engage in physical motions such as carrying, walking, standing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Participate in on-the-job training to ensure proper technique, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with other departments as needed to help meet production goals.
Responsible for cleaning lab glassware and general lab cleaning and organization, including disposal of trash and recycling in designated waste containers, as needed.
