Procurement & Financial Operations Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Financial Operations Specialist to support and manage integrated purchasing and financial operations within our manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, supply chain stability, and accurate financial management through ERP-based systems. The ideal candidate will possess specialized knowledge in procurement processes, accounts payable, and cash flow management in a fast-paced automotive setting. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Supply Chain Management • Manage end-to-end procurement processes (PR, PO, receipt, and payment) for MRO items and production materials • Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure timely delivery aligned with production schedules • Perform vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and price negotiations to achieve cost savings • Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing plans based on demand forecasts Financial Operations & Accounting • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment execution through ERP systems • Prepare and analyze daily cash reports to monitor cash flow and financial status • Support month-end closing activities, including expense recognition and account reconciliation • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls ERP & Data Management • Utilize SAP (FI module) and internal ERP systems to manage purchasing and financial data • Analyze procurement and expenditure data to support cost control and operational decisions • Maintain data integrity across purchasing, inventory, and accounting functions Audit & Compliance • Support internal and external audits by preparing financial schedules and documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations • Review and manage high volumes of financial and purchasing transactions Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field • Proven experience in procurement, accounting, or financial operations within a manufacturing environment • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (FI module preferred) or similar ERP systems • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and large volumes of data with accuracy • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred Please send resume and references to: Seoyon E-Hwa Interior Systems Georgia, Inc. 104 Wiley Road.
