Pay & Structure:
• Starting pay is $25/hour
• Higher pay available based on experience, certifications, license level, and performance
• Additional 10% commission based on profit may be available depending on position and performance

Choose Your Role:
Installer (No Sales Required)
• Complete plumbing jobs that are already sold and scheduled
• Focus on installation, repairs, and workmanship
• No pricing or sales conversations

Sales (Sales Role)
• Run residential service calls as they come in
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to homeowners
• Recommend and sell plumbing services, repairs, and system upgrades
• Hand off sold jobs to the installer team

Installer and Sales (Max Earnings)
• Run service calls from start to finish
• Diagnose issues, present solutions, and complete the work
• Maximize earnings through full-cycle commissions

Requirements:
4+ years plumbing experience
