Hiring: Licensed Land Surveyor / Manager Location: Nashville, TN Salary: $80,000 - $135,000/yr Schedule: Full-time Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor / Manager to lead survey operations across civil and transportation projects. This senior-level role is responsible for managing field crews, overseeing project execution, and supporting business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews and survey staff Manage project budgets, schedules, and QA/QC processes Coordinate with municipalities and transportation agencies Support proposal development and client relationship management Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management Ensure compliance with survey regulations and standards Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred 12+ years of survey experience Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required Experience with DOT and municipal projects Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong knowledge of survey regulations and standards U.S. work authorization required
