Hiring: Medical Director Location: Westland, MI Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/yr Schedule: Part-time Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Medical Director to provide psychiatric care and clinical leadership within a behavioral health setting. This role supports both in-person and telehealth services, working with diverse patient populations across all age groups. Key Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management Provide clinical oversight and consultation to staff Support development of clinical protocols and procedures Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives Collaborate with leadership on service delivery models Conduct staff training and participate in recruitment efforts Qualifications & Requirements MD or DO with active license in Michigan Board certification in psychiatry 5+ years of experience with child and adult populations Experience with substance use disorders Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work onsite and support telehealth services U.S. work authorization required
