Sales Representative

Job Summary This is an opportunity for a contract Sales Representative position with a commission-based pay structure. The company, established in 1982, is expanding in Louisville, Kentucky marketing areas and specializes in selling above-ground swimming pools. Representatives will run pre-approved, in-home appointments with qualified buyers, eliminating the need for cold calling. Upon completion of a 90 minute presentation the representative is paid $25.00 regardless of sale. The company provides training and all necessary materials, ensuring that sales representatives are well-equipped to succeed. With 2 to 4 scheduled appointments daily at 6 days weekly to run. Average closing for appointments: 40-50% with average commission of $600.00- $700.00 with top closers making above these figures, and most return the next season as representatives again. The company provides hotel lodging during 2.5 day training for representatives whose residence is verified as 50 miles distance from their nearest training city.
