This role focuses on team leadership, service coordination, and continuous improvement of service processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support service team operations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently Coordinate service schedules and on-site support Track maintenance records and service performance Manage spare parts inventory and service documentation Provide training and development for team members Collaborate with sales and technical teams Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of experience in injection molding or plastics industry Experience in technical service or field service roles Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Strong communication and organizational skills U.S. work authorization required
