Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in human resource, recruitment, business or stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and solve the root cause of business issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and investigative skills.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocations that support applicants with a Chinese government-issued certificate. You'll receive on-the-job training and work on a range of projects. As a gReach Associate, you'll be placed in teams across the business, such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.

You'll have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop your professional skills. You'll learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and acquire skills on how to recruit talents for Google.
  • Develop relationships with applicants and internal stakeholders to provide an excellent hiring experience.
  • Provide operational support (data analysis, report, etc) to ensure team success.
