The Role
As a Room Experience Attendant, you’ll be part of the team that makes every guest feel cared for. Your focus will be on creating spotless, comfortable rooms that leave a lasting impression.

What You’ll Do

Clean and refresh guest rooms with care and attention to detail.

Replace linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guests have everything they need.

Maintain a tidy and well-stocked cart throughout your shift.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items quickly.

Provide a warm, professional presence when interacting with guests.

What We’re Looking For

Dependable and detail-oriented, with pride in quality work.

Experience in housekeeping is helpful but not required training is provided.

Able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.

Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
