Room Attendant

Overview
As a Room Attendant with HotelPro, you will play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests. You’ll ensure guest rooms and meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while delivering service with care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to HotelPro and client standards.

Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.

Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly.

Replenish supplies and maintain housekeeping carts in a clean and organized manner.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies.

Provide friendly and professional service to guests when approached.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training provided).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning procedures.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
