GAP YEAR FELLOWSHIP HEALTH LEADERSHIP & WORKFORCE INCUBATOR
Applied Purpose Science Research Lab Voice Up
A Purpose-Centered Gap Year Fellowship in Health, Workforce Development, and Whole-Life Leadership
OVERVIEW
The Health Leadership & Workforce Gap Year Incubator Fellowship is a purpose-centered fellowship designed for emerging adults who want to build clarity, capability, and contribution before committing to a long-term academic or career path. This fellowship treats the gap year not as time away, but as time invested in health, leadership, and workforce readiness.
Fellows operate inside a living incubator, integrating applied purpose science, health leadership, ethical workforce development, and real-world contribution. The program recognizes that workforce readiness is inseparable from wellbeing, and that purpose must be practiced before it is declared.
This fellowship serves as a launchpad into higher education, healthcare careers, public service, entrepreneurship, or continued leadership roles within Voice Up and partner institutions.
