Senior Solution Program Manager (781088)

Deliver the programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish. Guide teams through project execution process to realize strategic objective of the supported franchise. Use professional project management concepts and framework in accordance with the company objective to solve problems in a creative and effective way. Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams. Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues and escalate as needed to ensure program success. Assist Product Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requests. Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during Pl planning and assess impact of Pl Planning output to overall plan. Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies. Contribute to 24-month program roadmap and supporting detailed project plan, identification and communication of major programs risks, issues, and blockers impacting overall program delivery. Plan and communicate the program timelines, budget, and priorities, change management of any changes impacting overall program timeline. The position is fixed based in Acton, MA office; however, telecommuting from a home office location is allowed. Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a directly related field plus four (4) years of experience in a program management role.
