Role Overview
A Product Analyst analyzes user data and product performance to help improve features, user experience, and business outcomes. They work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze product usage data
Track key metrics like conversion, retention, engagement
Perform A/B testing to evaluate features
Build dashboards and reports
Identify trends and user behavior patterns
Give data-driven recommendations to improve the product
Work with cross-functional teams

Technical:
Strong knowledge of SQL
Excel / Google Sheets
Basic statistics & probability
Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Python/R (optional but good to have)
Analytical:
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to interpret data and tell a story
Business:
Understanding of product metrics
User-centric thinking
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:
Computer Science
Statistics
Economics
Engineering or related field
Preferred Experience
0 2 years (for fresher roles)
Internship in data/product/analytics
Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
