Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with Open Source Software (OSS) licensing compliance or third-party supplier agreement reviews.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs involving both hardware and software components.
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks for continuous compliance auditing.
  • Familiarity with complex Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and hardware/software qualification processes (e.g., firmware, compute nodes, diags).
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing executive leadership and legal counsel on risk mitigation strategies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of product licensing from manual efforts to a streamlined, automated steady-state program.
  • Establish and execute a clear process for AI Infra NPIs and qualifications to ensure customer deliveries are only authorized after licensing requirements are met.
  • Partner with engineering to define and implement a framework for re-running license reviews every 30 days, creating a sustainable path-to-green for all code changes.
  • Provide critical inputs to Product and Legal teams to mitigate enterprise risk and manage complex business decisions regarding agreement terms.
