Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using spreadsheets and dashboarding products to analyze marketing data and come up with data-informed recommendations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with Google Ads, or other Search platforms.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs.
  • Ability to serve as lead and troubleshoot on potential technical support issues, articulating problems with internal groups and ensuring driving resolution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to drive growth of existing accounts and achieve business quotas.
  • Day to day performance management i.e., understanding performance fluctuations, optimization opportunities.
  • Take proactive responsibility for the management of client relationships by building new and fostering existing stakeholder relationships.
  • Serve as a liaison to clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities, while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business performance and growth.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
