Global Product Lead, Connect Sales

In this role, you will join our fast-paced team and work cross-functionally with key partners in Sales, GTM, Finance, Product Management, UX and Engineering. As a Global Product Lead, you will provide scaled tooling support for the Google advertising sales organization. You will be the will shape the roadmap of the core CRM, Connect Sales, represent critical business needs through internal sales tools. You will understand the sales business intimately, drive sales tool strategy and prioritization with product, engineering and sales. You will work as a connecting tissue between sales, product and engineering to deliver a unified, trusted, and intelligent tooling suite to Google sales teams.
In this role, you will solve problems in a fast-paced environment with several cross-functional work opportunities, manage multiple workstreams across the various surfaces of Connect Sales to deliver a unified, trusted, and intelligent AI-powered tooling experience.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product or program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sales, product, strategy or operations including working with both technical and business stakeholders and users.
- Experience leveraging rapid prototyping and "vibe coding" to bridge the gap between conceptual design and functional code, with success in project management and execution, decision-making and strategic thinking.
- Understanding of applied Artificial Intelligence, sales platforms, the online advertising industry, and Google Ads.
- Ability to demonstrate interest in improving products or sales processes.
- Ability to track multiple projects and timelines and deliver high-quality outputs across several workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Represent end users as we build and execute against tools roadmap, setting the goal and strategy across Connect Sales, ensuring we fully represent user needs and workflows, and identifying key areas for enhancements and process improvements.
- Prioritize based on quantified business cases (revenue, productivity savings) and qualitative inputs (interviews, feedback) and articulate these use cases clearly to our Product Manager/UX/Engineering partners.
- Develop business requirement perspectives and partner with Product Managers/UX/Engineering on the design and development of user-facing feature launches.
- Plan, execute, and drive global launch strategies, including implementation of technical solutions, deployment plan, trainings and support materials to drive product and feature adoption.
- Uncover insights and gaps in current tools through analyzing data and translating findings into well-thought out business asks shared with product teams.
