The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000-$112,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks (including managing calendars, booking travel, expenses, and scheduling facilities or equipment), and planning, managing, and executing team offsites, events, and activities.
  • Serve as an advocate of Google's culture by helping to develop and cultivate excitement, positivity, and productivity in the organization. Manage small projects or on-sites.
  • Establish exemplary trust with executive leaders and partners. Make decisions on behalf of partners using excellent judgment and discretion when evaluating complex circumstances.
  • Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partners (ABP) team to ensure execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, activities, or projects.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for site-related information and questions. Act as a point of contact for other departments, external suppliers, and local community.
