Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
  • Experience in machine learning, AI algorithms, server platform, web development, web frameworks, web services, TypeScript, Java, Go, Python, and Generative AI Agent.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to interact with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with building products that effectively use LLMs, AI Agents, and ML.
  • Experience with micro services/containers, and with Google application building platforms.
  • Experience with Google's product/platform release process.

As a key member of a small and versatile team, you design, test, deploy and maintain software solutions.

We currently use several frameworks including Angular, Flyway, and Server Platform. Our primary focus is to design and implement last mile solutions for leveraging the latest AI technology in the software development life cycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for participating in the design and development of components and features across multiple products.
You will be working closely with User Experience (UX), Product Management, and other engineers to build consistent high quality products across multiple Google projects as well as incorporating the latest machine learning technologies in the process of supercharging Google’s Software Engineers' productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside UX, Product Management, and engineering peers on prioritization, design, and implementation of platform and product features.
  • Write design docs, and actively provide feedback on teammates' design docs.
  • Create new features, release them and measure success.
  • Help investigate and resolve production issues.
  • Help shape the culture of the team and promote psychological safety.
