  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Ability to communicate in German or Polish, and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales strategy, business operations, or account management.
  • Experience leading and managing high performing teams.
  • Ability to set and deliver on team strategy.

Google Shopping is responsible for driving shopping growth in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, offering consultancy and education to maximize merchant performance. Google Shopping manages thousands of merchants, and the team is comprised of Googlers from all corners of the globe, including account managers, experts, sales leaders, and functional partners such as Marketing, Strategy Operations, and Finance. Google Shopping operates separately from other Google Ads teams by setting a direction and works to balance client-facing excellence with solutions to nurture a customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a high performing team of shopping account managers working on shopping campaigns in your market.
  • Set strategy and deliver on business growth, engagement, and merchant satisfaction goals set by Google Shopping Solutions management.
  • Ensure the team delivers optimization and consultation.
  • Manage team performance, create and maintain an inspiring culture, and bring operational innovations with the goal of continued improvement.
