Warehouse Manager

• We are now hiring for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER 
• Location: 1510 E Riverview Drive. Phoenix, AZ 85034.  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 3pm - 1am.
• Requirement:  Previous warehouse, Grocery, Hospitality experience preferred. Supervisory/management experience required.  Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
• Reports to:  District Operations Manager
• Salary: $50,000 -$60,000 per year DOE

Job Summary

 As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the warehouse.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains inventory, product distribution, and turnover.
• Places product orders using company ordering system.
• Ensures quality, cleanliness, merchandising, customer service and company policies and programs are maintained.
• Reviews service frequencies to assure maximum sales without jeopardizing customer satisfaction.
• Schedules and modifies warehouse structure to improve productivity, control overtime compensation, manage employee scheduling, and ensure the operation has sufficient labor each day.
• Train, coach and develop staff.
• Makes employee hiring and performance decisions.
• Supervise the team and monitor pick percentage, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of warehouse supervisory or other related management experience
• Warehouse, Hospitality, Retail or Grocery Management, Military, and/or housekeeping management experience a huge plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
