We are interested in offering you an opportunity to apply for a Compliance Analyst role in the Phoenix area.

About this Job:

RISC Consulting is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill several entry-level compliance analyst positions in the Phoenix area who are engaged in a lookback remediation project for a large financial institution to ensure compliance with federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations. The project is expected to run at least 4 months. RISC Consulting aims to identify all candidates and fill all positions as soon as possible. The work will afford selected applicants a solid opportunity to develop regulatory analysis and forensic loan file review skills.

Courses of study in business, Economics, management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Math or Law are desirable but not mandatory. Previous work experience with a bank, consumer financial services company, mortgage banker/broker, finance company or wealth management firm is helpful.

All positions are hourly paid, independent contractor positions with the potential for full time employment. We provide all training necessary to succeed. Initial pay rate during the training period is up to $25/hour. Once production and quality metrics are met (typically within 3-4 months), the hourly rate will be increased to up to $30/hour. Subsequent increases are based on merit.

A 40-hour work week is required. Overtime hours will not be authorized or allowed.
