Greeter

KINGS JEWELRY AND LOAN

King's Greeter is responsible for insuring that all customers entering Kings are properly greeted; and directed to the area that best suits their customer service needs. Greeters are equipped with a company radio for continual communications with Store Managers and Security Personnel. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Politely greet arriving guests
• Manage customer waiting area
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Maintain a professional courteous demeaner
• Reasonably meeting customer needs
• Leverage resources to minimize customer wait times 
• Escalate customer issues to Store Managers
• Promote King's products and services
• Maintain a clean work area
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed, personal appearance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• English and Spanish Language Skills
• Excellent People Skills
• Friendly and Outgoing 
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to move freely
• Need skills in decision-making and prioritizing needs
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
• Capable of working well under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to remember faces and names
