Younger Brothers Companies are recruiting for the following positions:

Younger Brothers Construction: 

Laborers, Carpenters, Foremen with crews (Foreman positions require a valid drivers license).  

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, possess a great deal of manual dexterity and hand-eye 

coordination.   

Younger Brothers Development:   

Foremen, Finishers, Form setters, Setting crew, and Laborers.  Must have experience in mixing 

and pouring concrete. 

Components – truss and panel manufacturing:

Truss assembler; must have experience with power tools. Job involves lifting, bending and carry 

up to 70 pounds.  

Door and Trim:

Foreman, Trim Carpentry, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and operate power tools.

Plumbing:

Experienced Soil, top-Out and Trim Plumbers; minimum of 2 years experience.  Must have a 

clean driving record.

WE, E-Verify and Drug Test; applicants must be a least 18 years old to apply due to OSHA 

regulations.  

(Note:  must be able to work in all weather conditions)
