We’re seeking A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS (CSA) and A CUSTOMER CARE REPS (CCRS) at our River Road location!!

What you would do:

·         Promptly acknowledge customers

·         Present options based on customers expressed needs while promoting special offers or programs available

·         Properly invoice customers based on the services performed

·         Provide world class customer service by consistently exceeding established performance goals and standards

·         Accurately process service tickets and balance cash drawers at the completion of each shift

·         Process transactions including cash, check, debit/credit/gift card payments accurately with strong attention to detail

·         Thank every customer and answer questions about services and procedures

What we’re looking for:

·         Outstanding Customer Service, interpersonal and listening skills with an outgoing attitude and ability to problem solve

·         Ability to educate customers using soft sell approaches

·         Minimum 1 – 2 years of direct customer interaction and cash handling experience

·         Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, & written)

Employees who typically do well in this role have prior experience in:

Sales, retail, convenience stores, hospitality, military service, call centers, dealerships, banks and customer service.
