Seeking CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS (CSA)

AND CUSTOMER CARE REPS (CCR) in our Madison stores!

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Promptly acknowledging customers by greeting them as they enter the location and presenting options based on customers expressed needs.
• Properly invoicing customers based on the services performed.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding established performance goals and standards.
• Functioning as an effective team member and provide front-line customer service.
• Providing customers with an explanation of the services being performed on their vehicles.
• Delivering an exceptional experience by explaining services to be performed and educating on the benefits.
• Balancing cash drawers at the completion of each shift and preparing deposits.

Skills & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will meet the following preferred qualifications and abilities:

·         A people person with strong interpersonal and listening skills, and an outgoing attitude

·         Minimum of 1 year of sales and direct customer interaction in a car wash, service or retail environment

·         Ability to build relationships with customers and educate using soft sell approaches

·         High energy and interest in being outdoors in hot or cold weather, on their feet

·         Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, & written)
